We endeavour to display through this website all items in our current range. We aim to hold stock of all styles and sizes whilst a product is active. However, occasionally an item will be out of stock and if this is the case we shall inform you immediately the order is received, and offer a full refund, an alternative product or notify you of the expected delivery date. The choice is yours.
If you’ve already purchased the product online, please make sure you report the price match within 28 days of receiving it. If you’d like to buy the product but want us to price match first, please check that you’re providing the most up to date information you can obtain when you submit your request. We’ll be asking you for full details of the product, the competitor, their prices and that the product is in stock, so please do check that you have this information to hand before you begin to complete the request. Please note that we don’t price match competitors’ products where the competitor is out of stock, in administration, flash sales or closing down.
Voucher Codes / Promotion Codes
Please note that any discount codes entered at the checkout may not be used in conjunction with any other promotional discount codes, therefore if multiple voucher codes relating to different Product/Brand groups are required then orders will need to be placed inpidually with each code applied at the checkout.

In the event of fraud
We guarantee to you to minimise the financial risks when shopping with Linenfields T/A Landmark Linen Company. We do not hold any credit card details on our servers. In the unlikely event that your card is used fraudulently, as a direct result of being used to purchase from our site, we will assume liability for the first £50 of your loss. Your credit card company is obligated to take responsibility for the rest.
Returning or cancelling your order
We guarantee to always act with kindness and understanding, if for any reason you need to return or exchange your order. Our customer service team will assist you as much as possible in providing you with the result you want. In the unlikely event of any faults in our products, we will do all we can to rectify the situation by providing replacements, or full refund according to your preference. You may cancel your order before despatch or return unused goods to us within 7 days.
